We created this blog to answer your sex questions, as well as give you tips on sex and relationships. Whether you are experiencing sexuality issues or relationship struggles, or perhaps your intimate life is perfect as is and you are just wanting to add a few new ideas into your erotic toolkit, we have something just for you. Have you heard the creation story of Shameless Sex? We (Amy and April) became instant best friends in 2006 when we met working in the restaurant industry. April told me (Amy) a story about getting spanked at a party, and I instantly fell in love with her. In 2008 we left the restaurant world for the sex toy industry. I opened up a sex shop called Pure Pleasure Shop alongside my mom and hired April to manage our store. I then expanded to become a Certified Sex Educator, a Sex and Relationship Coach, and Educator for Uberlube while April went on to work for high-end sex toy companies such as Fun Factory, eventually landing as VP of Hot Octopuss.

We always knew we would venture into a creative project together - most likely about sex - but we did not know what it would be. In January of 2017 we guested on the popular podcast called Sex With Emily where we soon realized our calling. We were also both simultaneously single for the very first time as I had been in numerous long term relationships and April was just coming out of a divorce. In other words, the empowered woman vibes were flowing, giving us plenty of fuel for our creative fire. We discovered that our energies perfectly complimented one another in such a way that would make for a fabulous radio show, and our first episode was released only a few months later.
Enter present day: We’ve now released 84 episodes with over 15K listeners per week and 500k+ downloads in over 75 countries! Not only is Shameless Sex steadily growing, but it is also one of the best parts of our week. We have every intention of doing this for as long as YOU - our beloved listeners - continue to love what we are creating.
